I arrived in Türkiye over 25 years ago, a move that defined my professional identity and my vision for global business. My journey began at Boğaziçi University, where I studied International Trade.
Boğaziçi provided more than just an academic foundation; it instilled in me a specific "entrepreneurial behavior." It taught me to look beyond borders, to analyze markets with a critical eye, and to understand that business is, at its core, about human connection and cultural intelligence.
My career has been built on two distinct but complementary pillars: High-level Diplomacy and Hands-on Entrepreneurship.
Cultural Diplomacy at the Highest Level: Serving as a representative of the Ministry of Culture, I mastered the art of international protocol and strategic communication. Managing large-scale cultural events and official receptions for high-profile dignitaries taught me how to navigate complex, high-stakes environments where every detail matters. This experience honed my ability to bridge cultural gaps and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Building from the Ground Up: Theoretical knowledge met real-world challenge when I founded 'Parsa Export LTD.' As CEO, I lived the entrepreneurial cycle, from market research and international sales to logistics and team management. Managing a company in the competitive landscape of global trade gave me the "street credibility" I bring to my consulting today.
Living as an expat in Türkiye for over two decades has given me a unique perspective. I have seen firsthand the incredible potential of the international community. This realization led to the creation of NEY (Network of Expats Yard).
My mission is to transform the "Expat Experience" from a temporary stay into a powerful economic force. By mentoring international graduates and connecting them with Turkish markets, "Guest Students" are turned into Global Trade Ambassadors.
Currently based in Istanbul, I serve as a Business Advisor, Connector and Startup Mentor. I help organizations and individuals refine their branding, optimize their global marketing strategies, and build high-performance multicultural teams.
Whether I am mentoring on entrepreneurship or consulting for firms, my goal remains the same: to build bridges that stay built.
